Return & Refund Policy

At VOOD, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@voodhair.com with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or returned without original packaging (unless defective upon arrival)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@voodhair.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
